Kolkata/Gangtok, May 29 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday is scheduled to make a two-day hurricane official tour to Sikkim, West Bengal, Bihar, and Uttar Pradesh and is expected to unveils development projects worth Rs 70,000 crore in those states, official sources said.
Modi is expected to reach Gangtok, capital of tiny Himalayan state of sikkim around 11 AM to participate in the 50th year of " Statehood Day", to mark the historical moment as the former
