New Delhi, Aug. 15 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi today spoke with Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah about the situation in the wake of the cloudburst and flooding in Kishtwar and assured them that work was being done on the ground to assist those affected.
