New Delhi, Jan. 5 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi Monday extended his birthday wishes to West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, praying for her good health and long life.
"Birthday wishes to West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Didi. I pray for her good health and long life," PM Modi wrote in a post on platform X.
Mamata Banerjee, who turned 71 today, is a three-time Chief Minister of West Bengal and the first woman to hold the post. She was born on January 5, 1955, although there has been some controversy surrounding her actual date of birth.
