Johannesburg, Nov. 23 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday urged the India-Brazil-South Africa (IBSA) grouping to send a "strong message" that reform of global governance institutions -particularly the UN Security Council -"is now not an option, but an imperative."Modi also called for closer coordination against terrorism, warning that "there should be no room for double standards" in the global fight against extremist violence.
The Prime Minister was speaking at the IBSA Leaders' Meeting in Johannesburg, hosted by South African President Cyril Ramaphosa and attended by Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.
