New Delhi, Oct. 4 -- Ahead of the Bihar Assembly polls, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today criticised the misgovernance of the previous Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) administration, comparing their rule to a tree infested with worms - its roots rotten and diseased - which compelled Bihar's youth to migrate in search of opportunities.
Reflecting on Bihar's condition two to two-and-a-half decades ago, the Prime Minister said the education system was in a shambles, with schools remaining closed and recruitment processes stalled.
