Bengaluru, Jan. 19 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday will inaugurate Boeing's new global engineering and technology centre campus near the city.
The centre has been built for Rs 1,600 crore on a 43-acre state-of-the-art Boeing India Engineering and Technology Centre (BIETC) campus.
This is the US aviation giant's largest investment outside the country.
The campus will become a platform for partnerships with startups, and private and government ecosystems in India.
It will also help develop next-generation products and services for the global aerospace and defence industry.
