New Delhi, Nov. 26 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to virtually inaugurate the Safran Aircraft Engine Services India (SAESI) facility at the GMR Aerospace and Industrial Park - SEZ, Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad, on November 26 at 10 am, according to a government release.
This state-of-the-art Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility, designed for LEAP engines, marks a significant milestone: it is the first time a global engine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) has established an MRO operation in India.
