Kolkata, Aug. 22 -- Sounding poll bugle in West Bengal, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said today that the state was "eagerly looking towards BJP" with hope for its development agenda amid rising public anger against the ruling Trinamool Congress.

The Prime Minister is scheduled to address a BJP rally at the Dum Dum Central Jail ground in North 24 Parganas, after inaugurating and commissioning several railways projects, including three new routes of Kolkata Metro's East-West connectivity that will link Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport with different parts of the city.
