New Delhi, Sept. 16 -- Like every year, on the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, an auction of gifts will be organised at the National Gallery of Modern Art. The auction features gifts presented to the PM during his international visits, state tours, and meetings with various dignitaries.
The primary purpose of the initiative is to use the proceeds for social and welfare works. So far, the amount from the auction has been directed toward the Namami Ganga campaign for cleaning the Ganga.
