New Delhi/Lucknow, July 27 -- In the 124th episode of his monthly radio programme 'Mann Ki Baat', Prime Minister Narendra Modi underscored the rich historical and cultural legacy of Uttar Pradesh, with a special mention of Kalinjar Fort in Banda district.
He described it as more than just a structure of brick and stone-calling it a living embodiment of India's culture, values, and self-respect.
The Prime Minister remarked that the essence of Indian culture and pride is reflected in the majestic forts of Uttar Pradesh.
Citing Kalinjar Fort as a powerful example, he recalled its historic resistance against repeated invasions by Mahmud Ghaznavi.
