New Delhi, Oct. 15 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi Wednesday paid heartfelt tributes to Goa's Agriculture Minister and former Chief Minister Ravi Naik, who passed away today due to a cardiac arrest at the age of 79.
PM Modi described Naik as an experienced administrator and dedicated public servant who significantly contributed to Goa's development.
