Patna, April 23 -- CPI (ML) on Wednesday alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had let down people of Bihar by making a series of false promises one after the other, in the last 11 years of his tenure.
\Senior CPI(ML) leader Dheerendra Jha said here that Modi had promised special package of Rs 1.25 lakh crores for Bihar during the assembly election held in 2015. Not a single penny was given to Bihar against special package, as promised by PM, he pointed out.
