Patna, Sept. 26 -- Recalling the corruption, crime and reign of terror unleashed in Bihar during the RJD-Congress regime, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said the Nitish Kumar government in the state had transformed the scenario.
He asserted that it was under the leadership of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar that the rule of law was restored, and that the greatest sense of relief was felt by Bihar's mothers, sisters and daughters. He exhorted women of the state to keep rowdy forces at bay with full determination.
