New Delhi, Dec. 27 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi today chaired the fifth national conference of Chief Secretaries in Delhi, focusing on strengthening Centre-State partnership and collaborative governance.
The three-day conference, held from December 26-28, aimed to finalize a common development agenda and design a unified roadmap to maximize India's human capital potential.
