Kolkata, Sept. 15 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi today urged the Armed Forces and the Ministry of Defence to accelerate reforms aimed at achieving greater jointness, atmanirbharta and innovation.
Inaugurating the 16th edition of the Combined Commanders' Conference (CCC) at Vijay Durg, the erstwhile Fort William, here, PM Modi emphasised that 2025, being declared the "Year of Reforms in Defence," must mark a decisive shift in strengthening India's military preparedness to meet future challenges and prevail against any eventuality.
