Muscat/New Delhi, Dec. 18 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi left for home on Thursday evening after concluding his Oman visit, which was the last leg of a three-nation tour that also took him to Jordan and Ethiopia.

He was seen off at the airport by the Omani Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs, Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik Al Said.

The Oman visit saw the two nations ink a landmark free trade agreement, and PM Modi was also conferred with Oman's highest civilian honour.
