Patna, June 5 -- Jan Suraaj founder Prashant Kishor on Thursday alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi deliberately did not make any attempt to set up industries in Bihar, so that labourers from the state could be utilised for factories in Gujarat.
Kishor told media persons in Saran district of Bihar during his " Badlao Yatra ", that Bihar was a backward state and it was well known to all.
PM Narendra Modi had promised to set up industries in Bihar but during his last ten years in office, he did not make any sincere effort to ensure setting up industries in the state, he added.
