Banswara, Sept. 25 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi today laid the foundation stone for a 2800 MW Atomic Energy Plant in this tribal dominated region of Rajasthan and strongly criticised the Congress for negligence in energy generation as well as tribal welfare.
Addressing a public meeting after laying the foundation stone for the atomic energy plant in Napala village Prime Minister Modi also came down heavily on the Congress for taxation hazards and alleged exploitation and loot of poor people.
