Patna, Jan. 9 -- The Communist Party of India (CPI) on Friday alleged that beneficiaries of the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-Kisan) scheme are being deprived of benefits in the name of e-KYCCPI state secretary Ram Naresh Pandey said here that the government is harassing PM-Kisan beneficiaries through e-KYC and farmer registration requirements. He alleged that farmers are being excluded from the scheme because their account and land details have not been updated in online Register-II.
Pandey said Register-II and Jamabandi records have not been fully computerised and still contain several discrepancies.
