New Delhi, May 16 -- The National Capital witnessed a pleasant morning on Thursday with a partly cloudy sky while minimum temperature settled at 23.4 degrees C, three points below season's average here.
Rainfall recorded in the past 24 hours up to 0830 hrs on Thursday was 2.2 mm , as per the Met office.
Relative humidity was 88 per cent at 0830 hrs , the weatherman added.
Rain and thundershowes are likely during the day and towards evening along with presence of gutsy winds, the Met office said,
Maximum temperature during the day is likely to hover around 35 degrees C, said the weatherman.
Air quality in the city was moderate, with an index value of 180, as per the Central Pollution Control Board.
