Kollam, March 8 -- Politbureau member and Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan presented the "Nava Keralathilekkulla Puthuvazhikal" (New Paths for a New Kerala) document at the CPI(M) state conference on the third day on Saturday.

Politbureau member and state secretary M V Govindan presented the reply on the discussion over work report.

Major resolutions passed during the conference included -- End the neglect of Kerala's railway development, Amend the Forest and Wildlife Protection Act to protect human life, Create a coordinated response to combat drug abuse.

Other resolutions included -- Stand against the Union government's attacks on Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, Stand against atrocities committed against women and children...
