Nagpur, April 18 -- A public interest litigation (PIL) has been filed before the Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court seeking recovery of the cost incurred on 'Z Plus' security cover provided to Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Dr Mohan Bhagwat, sources said.
The petition has been filed by social activist Lalan Kishore Singh through Advocate Ashwin Ingole.
A division bench comprising Justices Anil Kilor and Raj Wakode is scheduled to hear the matter on Monday April 20.
According to the plea, top-level security is being provided using public funds and the petitioner has sought that the entire expenditure be recovered from the concerned individual or organisation.
