Hyderabad, Nov. 6 -- Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Telangana C. Sudharshan Reddy has urged all voters of the Jubilee Hills Assembly constituency to carry a valid photo identity card while casting their votes in the by-election due November 11.
In a statement on Thursday, he said that as per the directions of the Election Commission of India, every voter must produce their Voter Photo Identity Card (EPIC) at the polling station before voting.
Those who do not possess an EPIC can show any one of 12 alternative photo ID documents, including Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, PAN Card, Indian Passport, Bank or Post Office Passbook with photo, MNREGA Job Card, Health Insurance Smart Card, Pension Document with photo, or Government/PSU Employee ...
