Los Angeles, Nov. 18 -- Joaquin Phoenix and Rooney Mara have joined the Cannes-winning short film 'I'm Glad You're Dead Now' as executive producers, as reported by Variety.

The project, which earned the Palme d'Or for Best Short Film at this year's Cannes Film Festival, is directed, written, and co-starred by Palestinian filmmaker Tawfeek Barhom. The 13-minute drama is a co-production between Palestine, France, and Greece, and also features actor Ashraf Barhom, according to Variety.
