Patna, April 10 -- With temperatures rising across the state, the Bihar Public Health Engineering Department ( PHED) is alert to ensure an uninterrupted supply of safe drinking water under the 'Har Ghar Nal Ka Jal Yojana'.
During a high-level review meeting held here on Friday, Special Secretary Sanjeev Kumar assessed the implementation of the scheme and addressed issues related to water supply.
The Special Secretary directed officials to ensure prompt disposal of all pending cases for inconvenience of the people. He emphasised that the department's priority is to provide clean and adequate drinking water to every household and ensure that all schemes remain fully functional.
