Prayagraj, March 9 -- Ashutosh Brahmachari has filed a petition in the Prayagraj POCSO Court seeking to prevent Swami Avimukteshwarananda Saraswati from fleeing abroad and to stop his Gau Pratishtha Dharma Yudh Yatra.
The POCSO Court reserved its judgment on Monday after hearing the submissions made by Ashutosh Brahmachari.
According to Brahmachari, he also informed the court about a life-threatening attack on him yesterday while he was travelling on a train in Kaushambi.
He urged the court to take immediate action, stating that Swami Avimukteshwarananda might attempt to flee abroad from Lucknow under the pretext of the Gau Prerana Dharma Yudh Yatra.
