Thiruvananthapuram, Sept. 22 -- Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan today said the State aims to achieve comprehensive development by incorporating people's opinions gathered through 'Vikasana Sadassu' (Development Conclave) being held across all local bodies.

Inaugurating the State-level launch of the initiative here, he said the conclaves would mark "a new step in Kerala's development journey" by involving people directly in planning. The first session was hosted by the Thiruvananthapuram Municipal Corporation.
