Mumbai, Feb. 10 -- Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray on Monday launched a sharp attack on RSS Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat, alleging that several prominent personalities who attended the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh's centenary programme did so not out of love for the organisation but due to fear of the Narendra Modi-led government.

Addressing Bhagwat, Thackeray said that before delivering "lectures" to others, the RSS should first question the government for imposing Hindi on states.

"If the Sangh wishes to take a political stand, it should begin by pulling up the government that is forcing Hindi across the country," he asserted.
