Washington, Aug. 1 -- The US Department of Defense said it had expanded the contract on producing air-to-surface JASSM and anti-ship LRASM missiles for Poland and other countries to about USD 9.5 billion.
"Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Orlando, Florida, has been awarded a $4,288,108,296 firm-fixed-price definitization modification (PZ0007) to a previously awarded contract (FA8682-24-C-B001) for the Joint Air-To-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) and Long-Range, Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) large lot procurement for JASSM Lots 22-26 and LRASM Lots 9-12. This modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $9,485,190,471," the Pentagon said in a statement.
