Mumbai, June 7 -- Eid-ul-Adha 2025 was celebrated with heartfelt prayers and communal harmony across Maharashtra on Saturday, as devotees gathered at prominent mosques, including Mumbai's iconic Haji Ali Dargah, Sunni Jama Masjid and others.

Despite intermittent rain in some areas, the spirit of the Festival of Sacrifice was celebrated with enthusiasm and peace.

Large congregations assembled at Haji Ali Dargah, located off the Worli coast, where worshippers offered prayers in honour of the occasion. Similar scenes of devotion were witnessed at Sunni Jama Masjid near Bandra railway station and the Jama Masjid in Mahim, with worshippers exchanging warm Eid greetings.
