Patna, March 3 -- Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary announced on Monday in his budget speech in the Assembly for connecting Patna with four lanes to all district headquarters of the state.
Chaudhary, also the Finance Minister, while making announcement during budget presentation in the house for the financial year 2025-26, said that vision of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was to ensure travelling time of six hours to reach Patna from any part of Bihar when NDA government was voted to power in 2005.
It was made possible after sustained efforts of the state government under visionary leadership of Kumar, he added.
