Patna, June 2 -- Patna High Court on Monday refused to grant any interim relief to Arvind Kumar, a student of MBBS of Government Medical College, Bettiah facing the charge of arranging for another student to appear on his behalf in the third year examination of the College.
Justice Parthasarti of the Court, while hearing a petition of Arbind Kumar, refused to entertain his plea of granting relief. Instead, the Court accepted the plea of government pleader Prashant Pratap that impersonation was a serious issue and Arbind did not deserve any mercy as it could pose a serious threat to public health security.
