New Delhi, Dec. 23 -- The passenger, who was allegedly assaulted by an off-duty Air India Express pilot at Delhi airport here recently, on Tuesday said a CT scan later has confirmed displacement of his left nasal bone.
The complainant, Ankit Dewan, said he is now pursuing justice in the case.
Dewan said he submitted a written complaint to the Delhi Police and later learned through media reports that an FIR had been registered.
"I am currently focusing on my recovery, and a CT scan conducted today showed a displaced fracture of my left nasal bone. I hope I receive justice in this matter," he said.
