Chennai, April 3 -- Terming the passage of the Waqf (Amendment) Bill in the Lok Sabha in the early hours of Thursday as an affront on the Indian Constitution, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK President M K Stalin told the State Assembly that the DMK would move the Supreme Court against this.
Making a statement in the Assembly on Thursday, he recalled the resolution adopted in the State Assembly on March 27 urging the Centre to completely withdraw the Amendment Bill, which was
an act of attempting to disrupt communal harmony.
