Dharamshala, Oct. 31 -- Former Himachal Pradesh Assembly Speaker and MLA Vipin Singh Parmar on Thursday launched a sharp attack on the Sukhu-led Congress government, alleging that it was "conspiring to sell Himachal's land" under the guise of simplifying laws.

Parmar said the proposed amendments to Section 118 of the Himachal Pradesh Tenancy and Land Reforms Act were a direct assault on the state's identity, pride, and existence.
