New Delhi, March 17 -- The Parliament Standing Committee on Labour, Textiles and Skill Development presented comprehensive recommendations on Tuesday aimed at enhancing social security frameworks, improving budgetary planning, and advancing implementation of key schemes in employment-critical sectors.
Chaired by Basavaraj Bommai, the committee submitted its Fifteenth, Sixteenth, and Seventeenth Reports on the Demands for Grants (2026-27) pertaining to the Ministries of Labour and Employment, Textiles, and Skill Development and Entrepreneurship in the Lok Sabha.
