Mumbai, Feb. 22 -- Paper leaks during examinations in India could be a bigger scam than the Commonwealth Games, said Faizal Khan popularly, popularly known as Khan Sir, a renowned educator and founder of Khan Global Studies, during a summit here on Saturday.
