Saharanpur (UP), March 31 -- A section of Muslim youths created a ruckus and waved Palestinian flags while raising pro-Palestine slogans at the Chowk Ghantaghar of Saharanpur city in western Uttar Pradesh on Monday, police sources said here.
Police sources said that the unruly youths were returning after offering Eid prayers at the Eidgah. "The police officers were taken aback after the ruckus broke out at the Ghantaghar Chowk, as no one had anticipated their act. The police have registered a case against seven named and 45 unidentified people in the city police station under various sections," Police said.
