Formerly a housekeeper supporting her family, Sheela Devi from Silli has collaborated with other women to establish the Palash Aajeevika Didi Cafe.
With support through training and credit linkages, she turned traditional Jharkhandi cuisines into a sustainable source of livelihood.
At the annual Delhi Saras Mela, her sales reach between Rs 6-7 lakh every year. Today, she has earned the title of Lakhpati Didi.
