Kochi, Dec. 13 -- The Public Works Department of Kerala on Friday suspended four Engineers in connection with the death of a youth, who fell into a pothole.
Road section assistant executive engineer Susan Thomas, Eranakulam section assistant engineer K N Surjith, road maintenance assistant executive engineer E P Saiinaba and assistant engineer P K Deepa were suspended for negligence in performing their duty.
The action was taken, as per directions of PWD Minister G Sudhakaran, sources said here.
