Agartala, Oct. 12 -- Railway Police arrested a 50-year-old woman who is suspected of having escaped from prison in Nepal at Sabroom Railway Station in South Tripura, who was serving time for drug trafficking.

Police said that the woman was detained yesterday after behaving suspiciously at the railway station upon her arrival on the Kanchenjunga Express from Kolkata.

She initially identified herself as Saheena Parveen from Purani Basti, Delhi, but was unable to produce any valid identification.

Police later, during the search of her belongings, revealed several contact numbers of Pakistan.
