Chandigarh, Nov. 12 -- union Minister of State Ravneet Singh Bittu has alleged that Pakistan was behind the car bomb blast in Delhi, and claimed that during the recent floods a large quantity of arms was smuggled into Punjab through the damaged border fencing.

Bittu said that the floods had created gaps in the international fencing, which were exploited to push weapons and ammunition into Indian territory. "Pakistan's hand is clearly visible behind the Delhi blast. During the floods, large amounts of arms were sent through the broken fencing," Bittu said.
