Peshawar, Nov. 20 -- Pakistan's Election Commission (ECP) has issued a summons notice to its Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) province Chief Minister Mohammad Sohail Afridi for his alleged violation of the country's electoral code of conduct by his recent "inflammatory remarks" at a rally in Havelian, warning of "strict legal action."The watchdog's notice comes after Afridi told supporters that "something big" was about to happen in Pakistan and warned that anyone attempting to change votes in the November 23, Haripur by-election "will not see the light of dawn."The rally was also addressed by several senior PTI figures, including Omar Ayub Khan, Senator Faisal Javed, MNA Junaid Akbar, MPA Iftikhar Khan Jadoon, Uzma Riaz and Momina Basit.
