New Delhi, Sept. 11 -- Sources in the Special Cell told UNI that the Pakistan-based handler controlling the five arrested terrorists did not want to be identified, as he feared a surgical strike by Indian security agencies.
The sources stated that the five alleged terrorists were arrested today. The investigation has since revealed that their handler was hiding his identity and pretending to be affiliated with ISIS.
His sole purpose was to avoid being targeted. "India has conducted surgical strikes many times. They feared that if the Indian government or agencies learned their identity, they might get hit.
