Kabul, Nov. 13 -- A senior Taliban official said that the Pakistani delegation, during the two sides' recent talks in Istanbul had asked Taliban leader Hibatullah Akhundzada to issue a fatwa against the ongoing Afghan- Pakistan conflict, declaring any attacks on their fellow Islamic neighbour "illegal".
