Jammu, Sept. 29 -- Pakistan troops early morning on Tuesday yet again violated the ceasefire by firing unprovoked along the Line of Control in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Defence spokesman here said that at about 0430 hours, Pak initiated unprovoked ceasefire violation by firing with small arms and intense shelling with mortars along the LoC in Mankote sector of District Poonch.

He said that Indian Army retaliated befittingly. Earlier on Monday evening, Pak initiated unprovoked ceasefire violation in Nowshera Sector of District Rajouri. UNI VBH ACL 1153
