Islamabad, April 1 -- Islamabad has started deporting illegal Afghan refugees to Afghanistan.after the deadline for them to leave Pakistan voluntarily expired on Monday.
Undocumented and illegal Afghans residing in Pakistan were earlier asked to leave the country by March 31, with a warning that if they failed to abide by the directive within the deadline they would be arrested and deported.
So far 878,972 Afghan nationals have been forcibly deported back to Afghanistan. Relation between Afghanistan and Pakistan have deteriorated following increase in terror attacks in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
