Dubai, Sept. 12 -- Pakistan spinners stole the show as the team defeated Oman by 93 runs in the 4th Group A match of the Asia Cup 2025 at Dubai International Cricket Stadium today.

Electing to bat, Pakistan posted 160 for 7 in 20 overs. The innings began with an early setback as opener Saim Ayub was trapped lbw for a duck by Shah Faisal.

Mohammad Haris anchored the innings, scoring a fluent 66 off 43 balls with seven fours and three sixes, while Sahibzada Farhan contributed 29 before being caught and bowled by Aamir Kaleem in the 11th over. Fakhar Zaman (23 not out), Hasan Nawaz (9), and Mohammad Nawaz (19) provided crucial late-order runs. Shah Faisal and Kaleem were the pick of the bowlers for Oman, taking three wickets each.
