New Delhi, April 28 -- The Congress on Monday said that the statements made by some of its leaders regarding the Pahalgam terror attack were their personal views and do not represent the party's official stance.
On his social media handle X, party spokesperson Jairam Ramesh said that only views of Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi and authorised AICC office-bearers "alone represent the position of the INC".
He said, "The Congress Working Committee had met on April 24, 2025 and passed a resolution on the brutal terror attack on tourists in Pahalgam two days earlier".
