New Delhi, March 13 -- Over Rs 2,146 crore has been spent in Himachal Pradesh under various central education schemes during the last three years, the Central Government informed the Rajya Sabha in response to a question raised by BJP Member of Parliament Harsh Mahajan.
The information was provided by union Minister of State for School Education and Literacy Jayant Chaudhary in a written reply, detailing the funds approved, released and utilized in the state under major centrally sponsored education programmes.
